 Brianna LaBarbera, MAT, ATC

At Bluetail Medical Group, Brianna assists Dr. Chris Wolf as a physician extender.

Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2016 and a Master of Athletic Training degree in 2017, both received through Saint Louis University.

Being an active participant in sports throughout her life, and previously being a Division 1 Women’s soccer player at Saint Louis University, has sparked her interest in the Athletic Training profession. She has had clinical experiences at the high school and collegiate level settings as well as a Summer Field Experience in 2016 with Bluetail.

Brianna enjoys traveling, hiking, country concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

 

 

Christine Schroeder, PA-C

Christine joined Dr. David Crane and Bluetail Medical Group in May 2017.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Physician Assistant program in 1987 and has clinical work experience in cardiovascular surgery, hematology/oncology, and OB/GYN.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in regenerative medicine. In fact, she has trained many physicians across the United States.

Christine is certified in the use of biologics for sexual wellness and aesthetic procedures including hair restoration.  The procedures she offers are customized, comprehensive and state of the art.

Christine’s goal is to help patients feel well, move well and age well.

Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, skiing, paddle boarding and time at the lake with her husband and family.

 

 

 Devon Guckes, MSEd, ATC, LAT, Athletic Trainer

At Bluetail Medical Group, Devon assists Dr. Matt Bayes as a physician extender.

Devon was born and raised in central Missouri. She first became interested in athletic training during her undergraduate career at Truman State University. Upon graduation, she continued her pursuit of knowledge and education working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Northwest Missouri State University (NMSU).

In the summer of 2009, Devon interned at Disney's Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida. After earning her master’s degree from NMSU in 2010, Devon spent a year in Vail, Colorado participating in the Steadman Clinic athletic training fellowship program. During this program, athletic trainers learn to transition from sideline coverage to assisting sports medicine physicians in the clinical setting.

Devon enjoys running, hiking, live music, and spending time with her husband, Greg and their son, Gavin.

 

 

 Jeremy Dunbar, PA-C, MPA

Jeremy joined Dr. Kristin Oliver and Bluetail Medical Group in 2014. A Northern California native, he served active duty in the U.S. Army for 10 years. During his time in service, he worked as a medical laboratory technician while pursuing a Biology undergraduate degree.

He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 and a Physician Assistant Master’s degree in 2002, both received through University of Nebraska Medical Center. He was commissioned as a medical officer and finished his military career serving as the PA for 1/41 Field Artillery Battalion 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, GA.

Since completing his time in service, Jeremy has continued his work as a PA in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and emergency department settings. He has a broad background in the evaluation and management of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. His goal for each patient is to formulate an individual plan to quickly and safely get the patient back to their optimal level of functioning.

In his off time, Jeremy enjoys hiking, fishing, playing intramural sports, and spending time with his family and dogs at their lake house in Southern Missouri.

 


Tiffany Simon PA-C

Tiffany joined our team in 2018. She is a St. Louis native and has more than 10 years of experience specializing in general Orthopedics ranging from total joints to pediatrics. Additionally, she has worked in Orthopedic Trauma, Spine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Tiffany received a Bachelor of Science with a certificate in Cytotechnology from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health, and a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Missouri — St. Louis. She then went on to complete a Master of Medical Science, M.M.S. (Physician Assistant) from St. Louis University in 2007.

Tiffany is married with two children and enjoys an active lifestyle with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and healthy cooking. She loves hot yoga and participates in functional movement training.
