I have referred several people to this practice to see Raquel for treatment. The feedback is the same. The treatment is life changing, but the PA is not helpful. She does not explain the process or Labs. She isn't timely with putting the chart online and does not follow up. She doesn't present a plan. I would like to continue to send family and friends to your clinic but it is upsetting that i speak so highly of the clinic just for them to receive mediocre care from a PA.

Dr. Bayes was friendly and helpful. When I told him I was nervous and that I do better when I'm in the know, he explained exactly what was going to happen which helped calm my nerves. He's very confident, maybe even a little bit cocky, but for good reason - he knows is stuff!

Bluetail Staff and Dr Crane and Ozone IV staff
Just wanted to give a shout out to all you guys! Everyone at Bluetail is super nice! It all starts at the top as Dr Crane is a good guy also. What is important is the Dr Crane's parents suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis and he inherited it. So he tries all procedures on himself first. Make sure you try the newer Ozone I.V therapy. It treats arthritis all =over your body and is getting great results

First Dr Wolfe’s office staff are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and exceed expectations.. Dr Wolfe is great., he to exhibit all the qualities his staff does . he spends time making sure all your questions are addressed . I always enjoy going to see Dr wolfe !!
