Never have I been disappointed in the quality and credibility of treatment from Dr Crane and his staff. This time was no different. After months of debilitating pain and discomfort in my knee, I was convinced I needed to seek advice and treatment for this issue . As a caregiver for my husband with advanced Parkinson’s and a post operative failure to heal from hernia surgery over a year ago , surgery was not an option. We are ever grateful for Dr Cranes expertise in regenerative treatment to help me regain function and comfort . It’s been less than a month since treatment and I’m walking better, experiencing minimal pain and feeling hopeful that I will benefit from treatment at Bluetail Medical. I couldn’t ask for a better team of experienced clinicians and Dr Crane to help me regain strength and mobility at this time .

All my questions were reviewed and answered prior to my treatment.
Despite being prescribed pain meds for post op pain and some pre operative antibiotics and another to insure I wasn’t too keyed up going into the treatment.
My total confidence in them was established during my consultation and mapping appointment made any typical apprehension non existent.
And I’m glad to say the precautionary post op pain meds were absolutely unnecessary in my case.
No additional swelling or pain above and beyond what I had going into this has been experienced by myself in my post op period.
In the interest of complete disclosure it has been just 27 hours since the treatment.
I of course am hopeful this initial trend continues as I really don’t want to take any meds.
Bottom line
My nurse was 5⭐️ all the way through as was Dr. Krane and the entire support staff from Kathy Nelson( out of town coordinator) as well as the ever polite and helpful receptionist.

They are very professional and prompt Office. I would recommend anybody to him. He’s very attentive. He asked all the questions if you need a question answered in the service like I said is number one.

Dr. Bayes fixed my left rotator cuff in 2018 and now has fixed the right yesterday. He takes his time to let you know every step of the way what is going on in your body and what to expect when he does the procedure and I was pleasantly surprised that the shot didn’t hurt at all. He is the best and his staff, all of the staff is quite pleasant.
